“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Talent Education. “Client”, “Student”, “Guardian”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. “Service” refers to the coaching provided by Talent Education for CBSE and ICSE board subjects.
2. Registration and Accounts
Students must register for an account to use our services. Account setup and registration details will be provided upon initiation of the service. Students under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
3. Fees and Payments

4. Class Schedules and Attendance
Timings and schedules for different batches will be communicated at the start of each term or via SMS service directly to parents or via manual announcement in the classroom. Students are expected to attend all classes. If students are not regular in attending classes or missed any lecture we will inform parents of the same through call and/or SMS.
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and disciplined environment. Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.
6. Academic Policies
Details on assignments, assessments, and grading will be communicated by the respective subject tutors in the classrooms. Strict anti-plagiarism policies are in place and must be adhered to.
7. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property
Educational materials provided by Talent Education are for personal use only. Copying, distributing, or selling any material is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
Student data is confidential and will be protected as per the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
9. Limitation of Liability
Talent Education will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstances leading to the inability to provide services.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Law. Disputes will be resolved at earliest with whichever way possible considering disputes.
