This page describes our return & refund policy. Please read it carefully before making your online payment and follow it if you need a refund. We do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered. If you have paid in advance or at the time of trial batches and cancelled your service before the due date, please contact us by email or phone to initiate your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of payment. For cancellations within less than 24 hours from the scheduled service, a $50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once your request for refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
